hi,
i have just placed an order to join bt weekend which should be connected on the 28/6/11
i am planning on moving to postoffice home phone service asap.
how fast can i apply to join postoffice, will i have to wait 30 days first with bt and then apply?
what is the minimum time i can spend with bt before placing an order to leave?
i am a new customer whio signed up to a nd i signed up for a 12 month cotract,
i had free connection on my old bt line and i am aware there is a £2.50 charge per month for each month remaing to cancel the service.
i was a previose custmer of bt and my line still has the dialing tone and they just need to reativate the line with no home visit, i was a prevouse bt customer 6 months ago so they said my connection was free.
i was on virgin media cable before this so i could only go direct to bt.
my broadband is still with virgin so i got no special offers with my order with bt.
cheers for any help,
mike
