Why can't people just read things properly?

I'm selling some stuff and ebay and i'm sick of getting questions from people about things that are clearly written in the listing such as dimensions, colour or size.

Why can't people just take a few extra seconds to read things properly?

Or when you exclude certain countries and make it very clear that you do not ship abroad... and they still ask "How much to ship to xxxxx?" :rotfl:

I'm afraid it's pretty much the norm nowadays. Not just on ebay, people can't be bothered with taking notice of anything.
