o2 broadband customer services

bloomin' marvellous.
requested a mac code from them to move to sky broadband at the end of april and went live with sky on 16th may.
o2 have written to me wanting a final bill of over £20 and have been threatening debt collectors because they say my mac code wasn't used by sky.
one phone call today and the account's been cleared. i was expecting a fight and/or to have to pay the £20, but they were more than willing to get the debt cleared off without even having to ask for it (me - 'i'm just calling regarding a closed account which apparently has money outstanding on it').
saying that, o2 customer service, in my experience, has always been top drawer - i had to cancel down orange broadband years ago and they were an absolute nightmare to deal with, making everything as difficult as possible.

I'm with O2 and can't speak highly enough about them. They also use and 0800 number as well.0

I've found o2 Broadband to be generally good on the customer service side too.
o2 itself, realating to both changing a phone provider to them, queries with thier billing and also in dealing with a customer berivement with them I have found to be chaotic and incompetent.0
