I think your mum needs to contact the CCCS.

Im part sad for your family and part angry at the cheek of her applying for another loan.

You were the lad asking about getting a £4,500 loan for your websites by lying to your bank about your circumstances weren't you? Haven't you seen first hand how credit used incorrectly can become a real mess?

I think we'll be hearing a lot more from you over the coming months....

My mate does loans, terms are you may be subject to loss of limbs lol
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Oh sorry for not replying to the previous questions. She wanted the loan to pay off some of the debt owed.

Basically phone up some of them and negotiate on the debt and just make a one off payment. Leaving her with only the loan she just took out to pay off.

She definitely won't get a loan with her credit file, other than things like payday loans, which would be a very bad idea. Not now and not for the next 5-6years judging by the recent defaults and recent deliquent markers. Even if she could pay off all her debts, her rating is still going to be trashed for years.

You probably won't get much more advice or help on this forum if you continue to post responses like #15.

Suggest to her she contacts one of the debt charities and gets some help and advice from them - IMPORTANT - Where to seek professional impartial advice about your debts.

If ML was reading this he would be on to the phone to you right away helping you to cut the outgoings

jazpaz.....let this be a life lesson and learn from it...debt is slavery.unless you don't pay it back..
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

You want to work in a bank?!! pretty scary.

They will want you to demonstrate competence with money at some point!

Do they still do a credit check? :rotfl:

15k will definately be pro rata! and ...i will be nice...with repsect, theyre not going to give it to you! Supermarkets, local authority, etc are more likely to employ you.
