My mum want's to get a small loan of around 1k but she can't get it. She has been declined for everything she applies for. However she has been accepted for wonga, when she has applied. (Started to apply this year)

She hasn't been able to get credit for around 6 years. I guess not surprising really as she has a 1 - 5 credit rating score from callcredit along with a credit score of around 395.

I'll post her full credit history based on what i can see from callcredit for you nosy perkers to look at.

She earns around 800/pm after tax.

Based on what you seen below, what do you think and is there anything she can do to improve it? She's finding it hard to pay some of them. She also has a few unsecured loans ranging from 50 - 150 which has all been settled

Credit history as follows:

Number of Financial Accounts:28
Number of Defaults in Last 36 Months:11

Number of BAI’s: 0
Number of Active County Court Judgements:1
Number of Satisfied Count Court Judgements:0

This has been her most up-to-date electrol roll history

Blimey, I would say her chances ar 0.0%....but there only a 50% chance of that.

Those defaults will kill any chances deader than dead thing that was already dead.

Lol. I think she had a like 7 ccj's before but they seemed to have disapeared.

Are those her personal details in the 11th account? If so I would suggest you edit your post and delete them and possibly the CCJ case number etc.

Oh dear, Vanquis might even say no haha. Sorry op no chance with that credit history
Can I find out my credit score?
You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)

Time to think of a new plan, a loan isn't coming (even to consolidate).

What is the £1k for? look for alternatives.

Has she considered speaking to one of the debt advice charities and perhaps considering somethng like a DMP to work on paying off these debts? Obviously her credit file is already trashed and if she went for a DMP they would help her set a budget to pay off these debts whilst still being able to afford reasonable basic living costs etc - so should mean she wouldn't need to be taking out very expensive credit such as payday loans.
(although on a DMP she would have to agree to no further credit so couldn't take out payday loans or any other borrowing until her debts were repaid).

No Offence Jazpaz but I hope your mother NEVER gets a loan!

she has defaulted on so many and obviously cant afford a loan. The Wonga loan is only going to get her in more difficulty as the rates will be extortionate!

Im part sad for your family and part angry at the cheek of her applying for another loan.

I hope she soon sorts her financial affairs out, and judging from your previous posts, I know you're very young and don't want to sound patronizing, but DO NOT follow her course! Live within your means and buy only what you can afford. Live within your means and your life will be so much easier.
