Repaying Student Loan

Hi, I finished my degree 4 years ago and only have to re-pay my loan if I am earning over 16k a year.

I understand this has gone up to 21k, does this apply to everyone who is currently paying back student loans or does this just apply to the students just starting out that will have to pay huge fees?

I expect it is the latter but thought I'd check.

The current threshold is £15,000, not £16,000 and will remain so for existing students and 2011 entrants. The £21,000 threshold is for students starting in 2012 onwards.
