Good luck Jay Jay, I'm pathetic at sticking to things but I really do want and need to lose weight. I love going to this gym, they have a menthol steam room with fibre optic ceiling lights, sooo relaxing after sweating it in the gym. Trouble is I spend nearly all morning in there.

THanks Lellie, will be needing more gym clothes soon if I keep losing weight and at those prices I dont care. Will be buying clothes from charity shops as I go down through the sizes, I've lost weight before and it gets expensive!
