TERMS & CONDITIONS 1, This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland only. Excluding Henkel employees, their family members or anyone else connected to this promotion.
2, The prize draw runs from 00.01 am on 6th June 2011 to 23.59 pm on 31st December 2011.
To Enter the Prize Draw
3, Submit completed entry form at www.prittworld.com. Each Entrant must have completed all entry fields to enable them to be entered into the Prize draw.
4. Only one entry per IP address is permitted.
5, No Purchase necessary.
6, All entries must be made directly by the person entering the prize draw, or their guardian. Entries made online using methods such as macro, script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.
7, If the child entering is under 14 years of age, full permission is needed from the parent/guardian to enter this prize draw. The details of a parent/guardian may be entered on behalf on the child.
The Prize
8, Prize is a Limited Edition soft cuddly Mr. Pritt toy. Approximate dimensions of soft toy is 16.5cmx4.5cm (19.5cm with arms extended) with weighted base.
9, The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
10, Prizes will be dispatched by post to the address provided.
11, The promoter will do its best to ensure delivery of the prize, but it reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value in the event of non-availability of the stated prize.
12, There are 5,000 cuddly toys to be won.
Winner Selection
13, Winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision, and notified by email within 4 weeks of the closing date by when the prizes will be dispatched. Prizes will be in receipt of the winner by the latest of 8 weeks of the closing date.
14, A list of winners will published on the website after the closing date of the competition. Information published will not be sufficient enough for the child entered to be identified.
General
15, Details submitted will be used for other promotional and marketing activity. If you don't wish to have your details used for these purposes then please tick the box on entry form.
16, Data protection: the promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the prize, and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent.
17, The promoter accepts no responsibly for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason. Proof of sending is proof of receipt.
