Anyone got Tesco Clubcard phone number- 5 phone calls and still points not on!

I ordered a bike from tesco when it was triple points and used a 500point voucher. The order was placed on 1/12/06 delivered 12/12/06 and still no points
Rang on sat to be told I don't have a clubcard, I do
Then told points would go on in 15 mins, they didn't
Rang back and told points would go on within 24 hours, they didn't
Rang back and told they had no record of my query!!!
Rang today and told they would ring me back, they haven't!
I've just tried the website number and getting a number not recognised number, any ideas?
