Unknown Sim Message on Orange HTC Desire S

Hi,
Every couple of days I receive a strange SIM message to my HTC phone.
It's from:
∆@:
No text is received and message details just say SMS message, Status(None).
I can go into message settings and delete SIM messages but I just get a new one a couple of days later.
Anyone know what this is and if I can get rid of it permenantly? It doesn't seem to be causing any issues with the phone but I'm finding it annoying.
I haven't been able to find much information about it.
