Murrayfield Edinburgh Parking

Can anyone help please? Is there plenty parking around Murrayfield stadium in Edinburgh? I am taking a relative on wednesday should get there for about 5.30pm as she has tickets for Bon Jovi, she does not have the best mobility and I do not have a clue where to park. I am not a city driver and rely on my sat nav to get there but a worried about parking particulary with a gig on. I will post on the Scottish board as well but all help would be really appreciated x

Parking there is pretty horrendous from my experience, we're parking up at the Park & Ride out at the airport & coming in that way, saves the hassle of finding a spot in the City itself and the even bigger hassle of getting out of there after the gig.

You can get parked within a walk of about 10 minutes to murrayfield but if you are taking someone who cannot get about easily (and I assume you are going too rather than just dropping off) then it may be better to get the train to Haymarket and jump in a taxi - or use the park and ride from either the airport or HW uni area. I'm not sure where the bus stops in relation to the stadium though, again thinking of mobility issues
