Hi there
The main have used brokers who find lenders to provide the loan.
Its the brokers you pursue in making the reclaim, do you know who yours was? I note you mention Yes loans?
If so you pursue them as they were the ones responsible for setting up your loan, selling it to you, even though you will have the loan agreement of the lenders.
Just complete the reclaim questionnaire on step 3 below, keep a copy for yourself as well, send to the main head office of YES Loans if these were your brokers, and allow 8 weeks for a decision.
Good luck.

In regards of having a loan with your bank, then no broker is required. The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Blue Sky Finance Ltd of Halesowen was dissolved in 2009. A new company of the same name started in Pershore last year but will not be liable for the earlier firm's liabilities.
However, the earlier company was not on the FSA Register, so it cannot have sold you PPI.
Consequently, if you had it, you seem to have been sold it by Welcome Finance.0 -
