Hilton hotel recommendations - need to use Clubcard vouchers!

I have 600 pounds wworth of Hilton vouchers needing used by end of month.
Any recommendations for a Hilton in the UK. Have tried Edinburgh and they have NO tesco availability for july / aug.
Considering blackpool but not sure.
Its for 2 adults, 5 yo and 1 yo.
prefer only 4 hrs max drive from straner.
