Does anyone know where to find good value deals on flights to Russia?

British Airways usually have quite low prices for direct flights to Moscow, but for selected dates and when booking well in advance.
Russian airlines: Aeroflot and Transaero. For the latter one you can by tickets only in the London office or by phone (see link 'Where to by tickets').
Low-cost airlines do not fly to Moscow yet. However, if you are going to St.Petersburg and want to find the cheapest option you can consider cheap flights to Riga, Tallin or Helsinky and then going by bus or train. Bus from Tallin is very cheap and takes about 8 hours.

I am writting this waiting for my connection at Amsterdam, coming back from Russia. Got my UK/Amsterdam/Moscow return ticket for GBP260 all inc. Aeroflot have special deals at the moment (end of winter), check them up. Expedia is a good site to find what is what. What do you expect to do when you are there? Ask dont hesitate as I hve been about 5 times over last 12 months.

BA offer direct flights for just £84 (+taxes I guess) one-way!

What do you suggest visting/doing in st.petersburg/moscow?
any ideas would be appreciated as I have an open mind towards what the trip will entail.
