taking lloyds tsb to court

im new to this site and need sum help i sent lloyds tsb a letter before action and got nowhere with them. my next step is to take them to court but dont no how to go about it. they owe me £419.70 in charges

Why do you think they owe you £419.70? It's much easier to help if we know what your claim is about. For example, if you think there's a breach of contract, what exactly did Lloyds do to breach that contract?0

Is this for bank account of credit card charges? If it's bank charges then I wouldn't advise going to court as the old argument is invalid since the high court ruling and there has been no success yet with the amended one - can be a costly process with little to no chance of success.
If it's credit card charges and you want to start a court claim then you need to fill in a claim form, either download from the county courts website and post to the courthouse you want or fill in online at Moneyclaim.0 -
