If the so called age related anomalies are sorted out, this means than pensioners can't be allowed 1) a free bus pass 2) a winter fuel payment, as both of these would be regarded as being discriminatory to younger people.
And yet older people will then miss out on something that is VITALLY IMPORTANT to a lot of them.
This political correctness crap has got to stop, its nonsense, and doesn't work in the real world.0 -
