AA Spend & Earn Prepay Card-Missing Points

I advise anyone with one of these cards to check that they have been credited with the correct Reward points for late April. Having complained I have just had my account corrected. However, as I was awarded no points for 4 transactions with 3 retailers over 2 days I cannot believe that it was a problem affecting only me.
