All I did was fill an Ikea bag, took it to the depot, the guy weighed it (in the Ikea bag) and gave me £15. I was pretty happy with that as some of the items were pretty old and unwearable.0 -
There is a long thread on this board somewhere about them ripping people off. I think the above poster lost a lot of money and clothes due to not meeting the nearly impossible to meet t's and c's. If I remember correctly, getting either the clothes back or any money out of them was impossible.
