Paypal Dispute Open on Exactly 45 Days

I sold something wayback at the start of May to a buyer in the Netherlands. Yesterday after hearing nothing from him I find a INR dispute has been raised exactly 45 days from the date of purchase.

Now I have refunded, nothing I could do about that, but I am a little suspicious of the previous lack of comms.

What do you think?

It doesn't really matter what anyone thinks. If you cannot prove delivery, then a refund is the only way.

No already have refunded, just wondered about the lack of comms from them, maybe I am just getting too suspicious in my old age.
