    No, it still says £400 product fee. I have been watching NW mortgage rates for a while. They seem to have dropped by a whole percentage point recently. Am I right?

    I actually spoke to Nationwide about it and they confirmed that it is First Time Buyers only. You do however get free legals and valuation so it is not a bad deal at all for your £999.
