Best 75% LTV 5 yr fix on the market?

I have always thought that brokers are the best route to a good deal, - and for me, they always have in the past. However, my current experience is that I have found a better deal than 2 brokers. Sorry, don't wish to offend you, - it's just a fact. The deal that I have found is not available to brokers.
If you think you can always go better, how come you haven't recommended a better deal to suisidevw in this thread?
Best regards.
For a broker to recommend a deal a fact find would need to be done. Recommending a product without knowing clients circumstances would be unfair on all concerned.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Providing you meet the criteria - earnings to borrowing ratio, current expenditure blah blah, - what we're talking about on this thread is 5 year fixed deals at 75% LTV. No other detail.
And in regards to this alone, "handytips", after his initial rants and boasts... has suddenly gone very quiet...

Correct, I was after 5year 75% LTV mortgages, not rants on brokers or not! Alas! Maybe some incredible new offer will come through this week?!?0

They're doing a 4.14% for 75% LTV, £400 + £95 fees.
Slightly better than the 4.19% from accord with similar fees I was previously looking at - the best part is Nationwide's SVR is a much more attractive 3.99 compared to 5.99. I know it's a long time until the SVR kicks in but I think it's a good indicator of the banks intentions with you as a borrower. As in are they going to rip you off at some point or not.0 -
Thanks both for the updates here, very helpful!0

NW now doing 4.09% with no fees!0

haha! I specifically came on here today to post about this deal, - and it's one that I have just applied for.
They are also offering 4.09 with no fee, - which, for me, worked out better than 3.89 with the £900 fee0 -
Agree..... will be all over that one tonight. Cheers PJD.0

UPDATE!
Didn't see this yesterday, maybe new today:
5 year fix, 3.89%, £400 product fee!
This looks like it's the best around at present over the full term?!0
