i brought a micro zen 6GB about 6 months ago, and a remote thing, i had a few problems with software but they tried to help as much as and were very usefull the zen cost me £60 with 5 postage and the remote thing was £3 again with 5 postage, but they combined and i had them within a wk no probs x
