Hi everyone, I have sold a few things on Ebay and now I am facing a dilemma.
One of my items has been bought by someone from Ireland. Now, for each of my items I specified that I'd post only to UK (as I send items via second class recorded and the postage price reflects that).
This person either ignored it or didn't read... what to do now?
Please help..

Are they in Northern Ireland or the republic? Anything with a post code starting with BT is in NI and you can send first or second class at the usual rates. Carriers will normally charge extra. Republic is at European postal rates.0

They're in Ireland, not Northern Ireland. Using ISF is usually bad value on low value items, as you are protected up to £43 even just on ordinary European postage with proof of posting. OP you need to read this. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3146680 also, if you want to exclude other countries you need to do it in your SITE PREFERENCES, not just in the postage option.

£46 is the compensation now I think. Small packet to the EU will only cost around the same as second class recorded. IF NOT A BIT LESS.0
