Tesco Exchange

My husband decided to buy me some hair colour from tesco but got me the wrong shade, the same day I had bought myself some in the correct shade the problem is now that I have 3 packs of hair dye in the wrong colour and no recipt :mad: We both paid cash and have not used a clubcard either do you think they would exchange the items for something else or not

    Why don't you ask them? You might get lucky but without a receipt...? Legally, they don't have to (even with the receipt unless their terms and conditions allow replacements within, say, a particular timescale). How could they possibly know you'd bought them there? I think with a receipt they'd have done you a favour; without it, I doubt it, but who knows?
