Today for me bit of a mix as bit of a busy day of appointments so been a bit rushed. Nothing out of freezer.

Breakfast - toast and marmite - finished the jar! do have a spare though as use it all the time.
Lunch - hm jam tart and a banana (lack of time!)
Dinner - cheese omelette and potato wedges

Made a batch of cupcakes this evening but bodged the buttercream when I was distracted Still eatable though but it turned more into icing.. Will re-do them next week as got the hang of my new nozzle anyway.

Pork loin out of freezer

Lunch Cooked breakfast for OH I shall have poached egg and beans on toast.

Dinner will be basmati rice, onions,mushrooms and peas with pork loin( I shall just have veggies.

Nothing in the freezer unless I go and pick runner beans:-)

Nothing into freezer today, took out some goulash for dinner though, it was delicious! So nice to have a freezer full of yummy homemade food.
