Dinner - hm chickpea and veg curry (from freezer) with rice

Didn't get chance to do any cooking today due to useless workmen

  • I recently bookmarked a link off this page for Cooking with Oil and - naturally - I have just deleted it from my bookmarks. Can anyone help me by posting again. Am planning a trip to Iceland to put some stuff in freezer now I have reduced content a little, need apples to go with blackberries (got loads), and some peas etc. Thanks
  • Kirri have you gotten this month's waitrose mag? There is a blue cheese pasta, reminds me of you.

Nothing in or out freezer or house today or yesterday.

I can't recall that - JB is good at finding things though!

Oh I need to go and pick one up! I love the Waitrose recipes!

Nothing in/out of freezer today, another difficult day with the builders in so lack of cooking.

    Breakfast - toast and marmite
Lunch - cake and banana (couldn't get in kitchen)
Dinner - courgette risotto - used pearl barley and paella rice though to use them up as both are quite old. Won't be buying any more risotto rice till they've gone, which I estimate to be another 7 portions at least..
