Is This Even Legal??

Hi wanted to share my disgust with you, while my blood was still boiling.

After recently discovering this site, Ive decided to rescue my ailing finances.

I called my present Loan supplier (lloydsTSB) to try to get the PPI cancelled on my loan. No go, but I can get a quote for a new loan without it if I want.. Suprise suprise the new loan has a much lower APR and payments without PPI will save me £4000 over the course of the loan. When I tell them the point of the new loan is to refinance, and not to take out an extra loan, the best APR they can now offer is 19.9%.

Apparently its company policy when refinancing.

If only my credit would allow me to borrow elsewhere, I do it in a shot and theyd never get another penny out of me.

:T Proud to be dealing with my debts :T
