I saw a Philips Professional juicer on Amazon late yesterday, which had been reduced from £99.99 to just £49.99 with free delivery. Argos are selling the same item for £79.99. I didn't get a chance to order it yesterday, as I was busy, but I had planned to order it first thing this morning so I added it to my basket and saved the item.
On logging on again today, my basket had disappeared and the price had gone up to £69.99! I used Amazon's 'callme' service to speak to a customer service representative, who honoured the £49.99 price with free delivery!
I guess if you don't ask you don't get.
