Just wanted to warn everyone about a scam on play.com I ordered a xbox game from a seller and rather than a tracking code i received this email...

I have cleared the names

now luckily baby brain hasn't fully taken over and i haven't responded and i will be calling play.com today as the email uses their logo and the secure visa

I daresay there might be a fair few naive people who would though.

apparently play.com have had about 50 complaints about the same item in one day i really hope nobody gave their details i was ordering something for my dad and i'm really glad i did it as chances are he would have filled it in as he doesn't shop online often so wouldn't realise it wasn't normal.

The good news is i found the same item on ebay for the same price from a seller with 850 positive feedback so should still get his game :-)
