Help With council tax bands

Currently looking at a 1 bed large open plan apartment in birmingham city centre.
Because its new it isn't letting me calculate the tax band? it used too be a factory but its all converted etc...
could anyone let me know apron how much it may be

    Ring VOA, see if they have assessed any yet or if you have room sizes they may be able to give you an estimate.

    If you're buying as opposed to renting, use one of the house price indices to calculate 1991 value, then to be on the safe (and probably more accurate) side, budget on the band above.
    If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

    You could make a guess by taking the purchase price and linking it back to values in 1992, per Martin's guide.
