Renting Reassurance

Hi
I’m wondering if anyone can provide some reassurance. I and my partner have found a new house to rent. We currently rent privately and have done for 14 months never missing a month rent. We are handing are forms in tomorrow for credit check etc on the new house. My credit is fine and good and as I know of so is my partner. However when we try to check hers online it never processes and one company asked her to provide proof she lives at our current address due to them not being able to find enough information. I think this is due to the fact that she has only in the last month changed her registered bank address to our current property and it was registered at her parents as she lived there before we moved the first time. Also all the bills are in my name so there is nothing that links her to this current address. Firstly would this be the cause of the credit check not completing? And also what effect could it have on us getting the new property? We do have a guarantor ready if needed as we may just miss out on the total combined wages needed compared to the rent etc although we can afford to rent the property in question. Do we seem like we would be ok?
Thanks

Hope it works out.
I'd suggest explaining her recent move to the agent (? Landlord?) and also the guarantor/wages thingy... so they don't get a "surprise" when the report comes back.
With guarantor you sound great anyway !
Cheers!

If everything was registered at her parants' address she should be able to put this as her previous address. Presumably she was on the electoral role there?
The credit agencies tie in records at previous addresses so there should be no problem.0 -
She was all registered at her parents home yes. What I belive it to be is that she does not have alot registered to our current home as all bills etc are under my name. When we wanted to check her credit online she was asked to provide more information such as a bill or I.D to confirm she was located here.0
