Will my Son on Income Support be able to claim Bus Fares for travel to Hospital which is sometimes 3 times a week.
Will proof that he is on Income Support(Post office Account Statement) act as proof that he receives this Benefit?

If your son is receiving medical treatment (not just visiting somebody), he can claim bus fares back from the hospital cash office, but he is likely to need his latest letter about income support. Some hospitals will accept a bank or Post Office statement, but others will not.0

yes he will,the hospital will usually have an office that deals with this,they will expect him to have bought the cheapest avaliable ticket
as for proof does he have an award letter?0 -
Yes he is going for treatment and the total cheapest fares for 1 month totals about 35pounds. He can take an award letter.

Sometimes they need to see the bus ticket too so keep it to hand.The best bargains are priceless!!!!!!!!!! :T :T :T0
