Hello,
My tenant has moved out. They asked me if they could get rid of the sofa that was in the front room, I said fine. I've found out that they left it in the garden to rot, and it's still there.
Now that they have moved out can I bill them for the dumping costs of getting rid of it ?

Yep. Asking you doesn't mean you have to shoulder the cost. Council will probably take it away for £15 or so.0

Was deposit (their money) protected & has it been repaid??
You can bill them (you can bill me...) but if they've left and deposit repaid why would they pay??0
