Haven complaint - open letter

I hope you get this resolved, and keep fighting for it - the only problem is that you are meant to complaint before/during the service is provided - but in a big company like Haven, they may meet you in the middle for a maintained positive image. Try to keep to the facts and not emotions or opinions - I can absolutely see from your pictures why you feel decieved.

When I say fighting, its a figure of speech. The calmer you are, and the better informed about your rights, the more you have a chance of resolution in a bid to keep your custom. I do not think you will get a full refund or a absolutely free holiday - but I think you will get something - a discount off a future break might not be the worst thing, as you would know your rights better if you were unfortunate enough to have a similar experience.

BTW the TV in your picture does look large to me, the normal ones are about 14" LCD they provide looks like the one in the pic is 19" or 22" ??
