I discovered this by accident as I had placed a large order of books for work, which was nearly £100. I received 200pts, although I had obviously been expecting nearer 500pts. I contacted Pigsback, asking why I had only received 200pts, and they very kindly adjusted my points balance manually to reflect the 5pts per £ that they were advertising when I made the order.

Just something to bear in mind...

I seem to be the exception to everyone else. I placed an order with the Sandwich book plus a couple of others and after the Hellmans cost had come off the order it was just over £10. I pasted the details onto the Amazon page, but also sent off the receipt in an email to PB. I got credited with 50pp shortly after the email. No 200pp in addition or instead of the 'normal' points.

It doesn't sound like a first order bonus if people have had it twice

I received a email giving me 30pp. so have just queried it as it seems others are getting 200pp.

Just keep sending them a email asking why?

Amazon are no longer on pigsback - taken of at the beginning of Dec!
