money stolen from my account, please help

hi, please help me i have no money left in my account after bogus online insurance company have taken 3k from me

they took all the money on the 14/06, i just noticed it now :(

i have never been on any of the site, and when i googled searched them none existed but one and i dont think that is the same bogus compnay that took my money

i dont know what to do as these companys to not exist :(

i am with co-op bank only have cashminder account, i rang them but said ring back tomorrow as fraud team were out, i dont thnk they will give me money

please can anyone help or point me in right directions

  • you need to speak to the fraud team at the bank - you could try calling the police and log a complaint?

    Not had this before so hopefully someone will be along soon to help - Might be better putting this thread on the banks board though

    Persist with the bank, its fraud and you have not authorised payment. Get your card cancelled as a matter of urgency. Any idea how they got your details?

    I set up a thread on dd fraud and the banks are very unhelpful towards these situations as I found out,

    My suggestion is to push the initial complaint with the fraud team and refer them to the paying banks user guide thats states erronius dd's set up are to be refunded in full together with any other costs incurred from phone calls to postage keep all of your receipts and see what they come back with.

    If your bank fails you pm me and I can give you more info as to how to make a legal claim as I did.
