Superdrug online order and CS

Options
I recently made a purchase online from Superdrug, when I got my order confirmation email it had my old address on as delivery address (I changed my address to new when registering my beauty card on 18th May)

So I tried to find a contact telelphone number to change the address-but I couldn't find one,so I emailed them.

After 1 day I got no answer (fair enough) so I emailed them again, after 2 days I get a " order dispatched" to old address email, so once again search for a phone number to no avail, so I email again.

That was over a week ago and I still haven't heard back from them.

I even emailed royal mail -no answer and went into the local sorting office who confirmed the parcel had been delivered to old address.

So whoever is now living there has accepted and kept goods I paid for which were addressed to me, is there anything I can do or is it just tough?

I am so disgusted with the ridiculously poor customer service superdrug have had to offer, if anyone has a complaints email for them could they let me know please?

No, because it said "for corporate queries only" but didn't see that phone number anywhere so will give it a try thank-you

How far away is your old address?
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

not very far away, I have already been and knocked but they ignored me! It's quite a rough area so they probably thought I was a police!

Nine days after my first (of many) emails I get this back
    Dear Cattie1

    Thank you for your email.

Unfortunately we were unable to amend any delivery details as you order has already been despatched.

All orders are only delivered to addresses specified by the addressee.

    Kind regards

    Superdrug.

Doesn't give reason why my address hadn't updated, or basically try in any way, of course it has been delivered 9 days after I ordered it-I would hope so! Having to wait 9 days for a reply in the first place = Atrocious customer services!

Ring up customer relations (i know it says not to for web orders) but explain to them what happened and ask for a number to ring someone who can deal with this.

    CR: 0800 096 1055

or have you already tried the other number i posted? if so did they say anything?

Surely the onus is on you to ensure your details are updated plus why did you not have a royal mail re-direct?
    Thank you all who post.
