Once again guys thanks for the contributions. As it stands it looks like it is going to be Livingston for us. About the congestion etc I will have to jump on the bus and leave the car at home. The morden houses and apartments look like a world away from chavs. The Almond shopping centre swayed it for the Mrs.0

theres also the train depending on where you move to0 -
I would love to get on the train but seems the nearest train station to the Sightill campus is over a mile away (Edinburgh Park). Again I could be mistaken.0

Stations within the distance to/from Livingston include, on the southernmost line - Uphall, and on the north line, Linlithgow, Polmont and Falkirk
600 metres or so from Edinburgh Park rail station to the college...?0
