How to get a piece of plywood home

Hi all,
I've been doing a bit of a diy project. I bought a large stack of plywood, plus other things I needed, and had it all delivered. Now I'm all but finished, but I need one more sheet of 8ft x 4ft plywood. I only have a small car, and can't see any way to transport such a big sheet. Can get it delivered (Wickes, for example), but I'm paying under £30 for the plywood, and £20 for delivery. There is one source on ebay, but it works out even more.
Any ideas on how I can beat £50 for one sheet of 18mm x 2440 x 1220 exterior plywood.
Cheers
:)

Is there a local timber merchant who could drop one off when delivering somewhere near you? Might pay a higher price for the wood, but could work out in the end.

Do you need it as an 8x4 - I've sawn large sheets in Wickes carpark (some of their trolleys work well as saw-benches).

Or buy it form a store with a timber cutting service and have it cut into pieces (typically the B&Q warehouses have these).

Any car with a couple of roof bars will be able to cope fine.
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.
