Just to let you know Boots sale starts Boxing Day,

Personaly, I won't be sale shopping on Boxing Day as I am a shop worker (Thankfully I get that day off) the staff in our store are working Christmas Eve and most of them are back in on Boxing Day at 7.30 am - just to prepare the sale before the store opens, so all you lovely shoppers - spare a smile and a thank you at least to all the poor sales assistants who have had to put up with opening 7 days a week and late nights and only 1 day off!
Growing old is manditory, Growing up is optional! :j

Emmmmm, we don't have an option!! We are not allowed holidays at this time of year OR at Summer sales. We work our asses off at this time of year! And contrary to what a lot of people think it isn't all standing there looking pretty saying ' Yes, can I help you'?
It is hard work and very manually and mentally exhausting. I would like for a some poeple to be working in retail and then they would see what it is REALLY like:D

Saying that, I love it!! And wouldn't have it any other way. It is really nice when you get customers who realise what you need to do and the hours you put in ' just to put tickets on clothes! '

Wilkinson sale normally starts at midday on Xmas Eve, but as it falls on a Sunday the stock is all marked down on Sat evening and the sale will start first thing in morning. (OH is in work late Saturday night doing this).

Not sure how many people are aware of this, so get in early! :j

MonsoonAccessorize is on Boxing day. Although they have started to mark down items ready for the sale. Loads of items ARE going striaght to 50%!! I haven't had a chance to see what dresses are to 50%/70%

Correction - Some items are going to 50%, some to 30% and a small selection to 70%. Sale starts some stores 26th and some 27th.

In my area ALL our stores are going into sale on Boxing day and always have:) Also, I am unsure as to where the correction is in regards to clothes going down?? I stated that loads of items are going down to 50% which is the case:) I never said all. Also, that I was unsure what dresses were going down to 50% / 70% so where do I stand corrected?

And some stock has also just got £5 or £10 off it which doesn't equate to 70 or 50 or 30 % off! But I thought that the MSE peeps on here would be more interested in the larger saving i.e %50 - %70 off. :)
