Used them a few times and generally happy. Don't like the way they call some items damaged (that we have checked) and then keep them without paying for them but its been a tiny proportion.
HOWEVER... last order sent was checked by 3 people 3 times and sealed. BUT they have claimed 'item not received' for 4 items that were most certainly included.
Now this may be a one-off, anyone else had any problems?
