Internet text is really small???

Hi, for the last couple of days my computer is diplaying tiny text, i looked on google for help and changed the resolution and text size to larger, its made all the tabs really large and all the icons, but the text display on internet exploer is all still very tiny,
my pup has walked on the laptop a few times and think she might of pressed something???

Just for info, if you have a scrolling mouse wheel, if you ctrl + scroll that may have got you bigger/smaller in the first place accidentally :-)0
