Saw someone at CS who had bought 2 bags of skittles (sweets) supposed to be BOGOF - he just refunded her the cost of one bag! I was tempted to tell her about DTD.
Also still masses of mispriced ducks and guineafowl....

    Tetleys Smoothflow Bitter, 18 x 440ml cans - OOD SEL £9.98 / 2 for £16.

I bought 2 packs and was charged £12.98 each, so £25.96 in total. DTD refund of £19.92 meaning an actual cost of £6.04 for 36 cans.

Is the offer not (certain) wines with up to 30% off then an extra 5% off when you buy six bottles? I bought the Gallo White Zinfandel reduced from £4.98 to £3.48 then an extra 5% off on six bottles (less than £20 in total)

I was waiting in line at the CS desk this evening (to put money on my Clubcard plus)
There was a customer in front of me arguing with the CS lady about Refund and Retain.. she was ADAMENT that was the case.. haha.. But the CS lady was telling her ( and getting fed up repeating it) that it was DTD

I was standing there pretending not to be interested at all :rotfl:

Anyhooo if its any good to anyone, The lady had bought *The Rock* dvd for £3.93.. and it had scanned for £7.97 (the original price, the CS lady said) The CS mucked about with a calculator for a while and gave the lady back £8.08p

Also.. the CS lady did call someone to confirm the DTD policy.
