    Reread your question, Gin.

How could I possibly know the answer?

    Thanks KellyWelly

I guess that the next step would be to seek legal advice
As i don't think complaining to the Monkey's Uncle (Mr T's CS) will get me far or may even get me a National Ban

    It should be NO clubcard

Even if a normal shopping trip turns up a Overcharged item?

Or should I wait & get the points later if no overcharges

Does anyone know if Tesco know if items have been refunded on a receipt if it isn't physically marked?

I've had a few golden R&Rs in the last week or so. Took one lot back today for a refund with my receipt and the CS didn't mark the items on the recipt as refunded (again)
Can I use this receipt for other R&R items if they are the same price and description or do Tescos know I have had them refunded?

    Has anyone done this successfully?

Yes you can, yes I have

its just that alot of sels will be ending on 27th and these are the stores opening hours from my local
i was expecting an answer like they will be working up till 8pm christmas eve and staff will come back to work 26th
    Christmas Eve 10am - 4pm
    Christmas Day CLOSED
    Boxing Day CLOSED
    Wed-27-Dec-06 8am - Midnight

Certain posters should have their Edit function removed

But you did not say that, did you?

And to be honest, I have no intention of posting when stores may or may not be empty. PM me and I'll let you know the default alarm code and where the spare key gets hidden

There is a system in place so that any price changes due for the 27th should be actioned. Anything I was willing to post about shifts would not help you one iota.

Well, if its 44p , I dont suppose it matters......but then again, I wouldnt even try to get my 44p back.....Ive actually not given my CC when i noticed an overcharge in normal shopping....although I do try to avoid unexpected RandRs.

Theres another problem comes to light, getting points later, constant use of the CS desk to add points(some of us believe) flags up on their system.

I have had "wombled" and "CS desk points" deducted from my total.

ok you maynot know the answer for each individual employee but we normally answer questions from experience
i have no idea how long you have worked for tescos but for example last year in my store the staff worked xx till xxpm then came back to work on boxing day for about 3hours etc etc

i guess you are very tired kinda stressed

oh and where i work my staff are working chrismas day from 11- about 4 and boxing day 10.30-3

Edit and delete function removed, I reckon. ;)

Somewhat tired, yes. Stressed, no. I leave that to others. Or dish it out...take your pick ;)

well you answered my question so didnt want to get narky(if that a word )

Its not a word but I know what you mean (use Firefox - it has a spell checker built in so you know straight away when you type. You didn't think I was this accurate naturally, did you? ;) )

    Edit
Only thing making me "narky" at the minute is trying to second guess all the Edits and Deletes! Does my head in...
