    Im sure if you have a receipt then you will get back what u paid.. I had a result with Futurama took back without receipt as marked(!) and they scanned at £39.99 each... result..

    From my newbie perspective, that's my understanding. If you have a (golden) receipt you get the price you were charged, if you manage to swing a return without one, you get the price on the day.
