Glad their substitution policy worked in your favour; it didn't for me. I ordered 4 packs of 24 toilet rolls and they sent me 5 packs of 9 instead and charged me the same price, so I had 45 loo rolls instead of 96. Basically they charged me the same but gave me much less of the same product and they absolutely wouldn't budge and insisted I return the ones they had delivered for a refund ... even when I threatened to contact trading standards about misrepresentation.

I for one would be disappointed if they moved it as some of us haven't got the time to traipse round Tesco's to hunt down the bargains with our shopping so to have all the online ones in one place is a good idea by the newbie OP - So be NICE!!

I am pretty sure you have no concept of how rude and childish you are coming across. Fine, you reported the thread, so exit it. OP, LOVE the thread and I've been thinking for a while that there was a need for it and I like it on grabbit, the same as the 1p bargains. I'm on the mobile so can not thank you! :-)
