please correct me if I am wrong, but I do remember reading somewhere that if your start of day is at three or more different locations per 90 days, then the tax man refunds you your transport (or is tax deductible) to work, you do though have to fill out a form from the tax man for this.

Unfortunately this does not get you to work in time. Thought about a small second-hand motor bike?

Think you have to decide if he company is trying to get rid of you, or not, which could effect they way how you should handle things?

I am afraid that whilst having a copy of your written statement is a legal right, it is unenforceable unless part of a larger claim - and currently you have no larger claim that you could depend on.

Interesting - have you any reference for this?
If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.

well thats near three weeks now and still no statement of terms and conditions, every time i ask for it they are saying the director of company dealing with it.

Wow - 3 weeks to open a word document and press print. Very efficient of them.

well not exactly references, but it was mentioned somewhere once on this forum, and I think by Hammyman - but I could be wrong?

today i asked my supervisor what is happening about my written statement, the answer i got was that they were dealing with it.After a slight little disagreement with him,i told him that i was going over his head and contacting office,to which i did.only to be told that they knew nothing about letter that i asked for.yet it was my supervisor that said that the director of company was dealing with it a few weeks back.

Which letter don't they know about? So are they going to deal with your request now?
