Synching calendar on htc wildfire to outlook

I've been using my htc wildfire's calender, but have been having problems with the phone and it may have to go back.

When I synch the phone, I can see how to transfer the outlook calendar to the phone, but not how to carry across all the phone calendar info to the calender in my laptop outlook.

Please can anyone help? Grateful for any suggestions - Thanks in advance.

This could be one to research further, but I think HTC Sync only goes in one direction, PC to phone.
I think you may have to use Google calendar to sync both ways.

are you using a google account on the phone?

if so log into google calendar on a computer and see if all your calender entries are on there.

if they are just use the google calendar sync tool, set it to 2 way and it will keep outlook, the cloud and your phones calendar in constant sync.
