Part of the Furniture 10,000 Posts Name Dropper Xmas Saver!
tell the finance company where the car is, their repo agents can take it as its theirs regardless whos names its inn
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Its her debt, assuming she isn't keeping up with repayments then its her credit rating thats been affected.
Nothing can happen to you - why do you want them to repossess the car? Just leave it declared off-road and there should be no issue.

Its not your car so you couldn't sell it no matter what. Is the car even worth more than the £12k owing on it?

Personally I'd not keep contacting the finance company as getting the finance in her name because you had bad credit is fronting.

I would have thought you would be concerned about her safety.

i do wonder if you are looking at ways of making a few quid.....
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.
