Windows 7 security alert

Hi Have been trying to get rid of this for an hour. The problem is that it is blocking any downloads and will not let me into system restore. Can anyone advise what steps to take

I tried to download this earlier on mine but it blocked it. Sorry I am a novice what do I do when I access it on another computer?

download all the files on that article on anohter PC and put them on a usb drive or better still burn to to a CD and put them on the infected on , then follow the ALL the steps in the order shown

Thanks have tried to no avail. Will need to see if I can get it uninstalled manually.

reboot into safe mode with networking, and see if you can get the files to run from the cd, or to get to bleepingcomputer for the downloads

Suggest you save HitmanPro (32-bit) or HitmanPro (64-bit) depending on what system you have to to a usb drive.

Then when you run on infected computer hold down the left CTRL-key when you start Hitman Pro and all non-essential processes are terminated, including the malware process

Thanks for the replies. I have managed to download somethings but will not let me instal lthem It just blocks them from opening. Went on administrator and discovered I had hijack and managed to get a log
